No contracts, ever. Our recurring maintenance plans are month-to-month. You're only billed for completed visits, and you can pause or cancel at any time. We believe you should stay because the work is good, not because you're locked in.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance plans. Bi-weekly is our most popular option and what we recommend for most properties. It strikes the right balance between keeping your yard looking sharp and staying cost-effective year-round. If you like staying on top of things, weekly service is available. Monthly is a great fit for lower-maintenance properties or tighter budgets. We also offer one-time cleanups and transformation jobs for properties that need a fresh start.
We use AutoPay. Your card is charged automatically on the last day of each month, based on the number of completed visits that month. You'll also receive photo documentation after each visit. You're never billed for a visit that didn't happen, and you're never charged upfront.
Our standard service zone covers the North Shore from Ka'a'awa to Mokuleia, including Laie, Kahuku, Hau'ula, Pupukea, Hale'iwa, and surrounding areas. We also service Central O'ahu and East/South O'ahu with a travel surcharge. Contact us to confirm your area.
Yes, every completed visit is documented with photos. You'll always have a clear record of what was done and when. It's part of how we hold ourselves accountable and keep you informed.
Yes. Green waste hauling is available as an add-on for any job and is included at no extra charge with our Complete Care Plan. Contact us for pricing based on the volume of your cleanup.
Yes, Island Scape North Shore LLC is fully licensed and insured. You're protected, and so are we. This is non-negotiable for us because it's non-negotiable for you.
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge. Our reputation on the North Shore depends on every single job, and we take that seriously. Our 99% client retention rate speaks for itself.
Yes, a valid card on file is required before service begins. This is how our AutoPay system works: we charge automatically at the end of the month after services are completed. You're never charged upfront. Commercial clients or anyone who prefers an alternate payment method are welcome to reach out and we're happy to accommodate.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations may be billed as a normal visit. There are no long-term contracts. You can stop recurring service at any time with proper notice.
Please make sure gates are unlocked or accessible by code, pets are secured, and the yard is cleared of debris and pet waste before service. If access is blocked or unsafe conditions exist, the visit may be rescheduled, and fixed-plan clients are still billed for that visit.
